| BEER CHICKEN SHASHLIK |
| ingredients: |
6 chicken fillets (cut into 1½ in quarters)
1 tbsp poultry spice blend
15 cherry tomatoes
2 bell peppers (cut in quarters)
For marinade:
4 tbsp light beer
4 tbsp pineapple juice
4 tbsp honey
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Greens and potato chips for garnish
Salt to taste

directions: Slightly heat honey. Combine it with beer, pineapple juice, vinegar and spice blend. Salt chicken and pour the marinade over it. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Thread the chicken pieces interlaying with cherry tomatoes and bell peppers on the metal skewers. While grilling, spin the skewers and brush them with marinade. Garnish with greens and potato chips. |
