WINE BEEF SHASHLIK
ingredients:
2 lb beef
2 onions (cut into rings)

For marinade:
4 cups red dry wine
1½ tbsp spice blend
Juice 1 lemon
2 onions (diced)
Salt
Fresh bell peppers for garnish
Curly leaf parsley for garnish
directions:
Cut beef into triangular pieces 2/3 in thick. Combine all the ingredients for marinade. Pour it over beef and leave in refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Thread beef interlaying with onion rings on the metal skewers. Grill for 25-30 minutes, spinning the skewers. Garnish with bell peppers and parsley.
